What sort of treatment options are available ?
Work in progress:
In general there are two main forms of treatment. One is hormone replacement therapy where you are given the missing hormones in either injection, gel, tablet or implant form.
The other form of treatment is fertility treatment. If fertility treatments are used there is normally no need for hormone replacement therapy at the same time.
