Kallmann's syndrome and "safe-sex"
If you have Kallmann's syndrome or HH it is almost certain you will be infertile.
However there are a small group of people with KS who produce a minimal amount of active sperm. This used to be referred to as being a "fertile eunuch".
To be totally sure you are not producing any active sperm a sperm test is required.
People with KS or HH are just as likely to pass on any sexually transmitted diseases as any other sexually active adult, so the normal precautions should be used.
